Simple idea: a USB thumb drive with a little button on top that lets me click in morse code messages which are then saved to the thumb drive's memory. When you plug the drive into your computer a text file containing your message will exist.

How about, as a cvompanion to that, a webcam that'll take dictation in semaphore.
